Challenge:  A high-end, outdoor grill company was looking for a manufacturing partner to fabricate top quality grill covers to help their customers protect and extend the life of their outdoor cooking investment.

Solution:   Because Casco was already a leader in sealing and sewing of specialized coated fabrics, this was a natural partnership.  Our client provided dimensions and a few grill shells, and Casco took care of the rest.  We chose high-quality fabrics that have proven resistance to UV and weather related fading and cracking and created a design to prevent the wind from removing the cover.  To give the cover a customized touch, we embossed the company logo directly into the fabric.  Casco leveraged our existing knowledge and equipment for specialty fabric handling to create a high quality finished product.  As a result, our client knows that they are offering their customers with the best grill cover available on the market backed by 5-year craftsmanship warranty.
