Cincinnati, OH — Casco Manufacturing Solutions is proud to announce that it has successfully attained ISO 9001:2000 registration for its Cincinnati research and development facility. The ISO 9001:2000 is an upgrade from its previous ISO 9001:1994 registration. Casco Manufacturing Solutions is a manufacturer of sewn, sealed and upholstered products.

Since May 1998, Casco Manufacturing Solutions has been registered to the ISO 9001 standard for quality management systems. ISO 9001 provides a basic model for management systems including requirements for design, development, production, installation and servicing processes. ISO 9001:2000 has a greater focus on continual improvement, customer feedback and organizational performance. Casco achieved the new certification nearly eight months ahead of the required deadline.

"Casco, with our strong upper management and commitment to quality, for the most part had all the elements of the new standard with the organization. I just incorporated into the quality management system," said Mike Turner, Quality Assurance Manager, Casco Manufacturing Solutions.
