Casco uses unique ultrasonic and radio frequency technologies to seal all mattress seams and create a contiguous bond, stronger than a sewn seam but without the needle holes that allow fluids to penetrate to the core of ordinary mattresses. By creating secure joints that defy the intrusion of moisture, the integrity of the C-MATT Sealed Mattress foam core remains uncompromised throughout its long, productive life.

The C-MATT Sealed Mattress materials include a durable tri-laminate Herculex II® vinyl fabric cover, which features antimicrobial protection that prevents the growth of fungus and mildew, and a special vented coverlet that prevents moisture buildup. All surfaces are fully wipeable for disinfecting after each change of resident or patient

In addition, the C-MATT Sealed is an economical medical replacement mattress designed for short patient stays in facilities where frequent patient changes are the norm, including institutional use and home care rentals.
