Mr. Thomas W. Mangold, company founder and Chairman of the Board made the announcement during a recent company wide meeting. In a touching tribute he said it was time for the title to match the responsibility assumed by Ms. Mangold over the last several years.

Since rejoining the company in 1991 as Executive Vice President, Ms. Mangold has seen annual sales revenue triple to over $20M, earning Casco Products Inc., the rank of second largest Tri-State woman owned business (based on 1999 revenues). In response to the announcement Ms. Mangold described the challenge of managing growth and cited continued technical innovation and a sharpening focus on healthcare manufacturing as elements key to Casco's ongoing success.
